We are so excited to share our mental health apparel and merch launch with everyone! Mental health has always been at the forefront of our lives, both as practitioners and as parents.
Working with students in our schools as well as with teens and parents during our coaching sessions we stress the importance of self-care, coping with feelings that can overwhelm us, and making the social connections that help to restore us and make our hearts smile. Each of these components greatly impact our mental health so it’s important to reflect on our own mental health thermometers regularly in each of these individual areas. This can help to build our awareness of how we are feeling as well as what we may need to help us feel better and more in balance in our lives. Our worlds can be so busy on a day to day basis that, unfortunately we tend leave our mental health thermometer checks for tomorrow. Well, this is your reminder to check in on yourself today. Stop waiting for tomorrow. Your mental health matters today!
