Specifically, we will review the definition and components of teen anxiety, as well as the interventions and strategies to address it.

This 4-week session will help middle and high school students to reflect on the time they have available. This session will also support teens in identifying strategies to maximize time for things that are important for them to be caring, gratified, and engaged individuals.
This 4-week session will focus on social media safety. Specifically, we will review the impact of sharing personal information on social networking sites and tips middle and high school students can use to stay safe in a digital world.
This 4-week session will focus on developing the following executive function skills for middle and high school students: working memory, inhibitory control and cognitive flexibility. This session will provide students with essential skills needed to be successful in school and beyond.
This 3-week interactive online class will focus on the importance of mindfulness and easy ways for children to incorporate it into their daily routine. Specifically, students will learn how to cope with stress as well as practice gratitude and meditation.
This 4-week session is geared towards elementary and middle school students. Students will learn how compassion relates to making and keeping friends. This session will also help students understand emotions. There will also be a discussion on mindfulness and developing a growth mindset.

• Each session includes a 4-week program
• Each week students will meet online for 45-60 minutes
Each Discovery Package includes one 4-week online class and one individual coaching session. Individual coaching sessions can be scheduled with students or parents in order to deepen their experience following an online class.
